Peggy Conrad has been a part of the Global America System for many years. She is from Winston-Salem NC, home of Wake Forest University, Winston Salem State University, Forsyth Technical Community College and the Arts District which are well known throughout the world.
She has over six thousand hours of community service over a ten year period, which began in the year 2000 when she was selected by the mayor's selection committee as a volunteer for the 2000 Presidential debate between then President George W. Bush and Former Vice President Al Gore which was held at Wake Forest University. She was also selected as Volunteer Manager for the 2004 National Black Business and Professional Conference featuring Les Brown from Atlanta. During this time, she has volunteered for numerous charitable organizations including the American Cancer Society, AIDS Foundation as a mentor and at an undisclosed AIDS camp location SCAN (stop child abuse now celebration for children). Peggy has been the Back
Stage Director for the Mrs. NC United States Pageant for the past two years and participated in the Diggs Elementary School mentoring program. Her most charitable project is with the River run Film Festival which is in its 13th year of operation.
